properties to Tenants, a large portion of our budget is allocated towards advertising.
These advertising channels include, but are not limited to Google Add Words, Public
Television, Public Radio, your local Business Journal and Chamber of Commerce.
Cost Of A Listing
At the introduction fee of $29.95 for a six month posting, you cannot find a less
expensive way to expose your properties to prospective Tenants. SuiteDeals.net can
even offer you the opportunity to procure additional Tenant Rep accounts through
the traffic we generate. The upside is endless and at a starting price of $29.95,
it doesn’t warrant a second thought.
Other Options
As you know, it can be costly for a landlord to market individual buildings spending
upwards to hundreds or even thousands of dollars. SuiteDeals.net exposes many properties
simultaneously on one website with minimal cost to each landlord in a combined marketing
effort. We believe prospective Tenants prefer to use a service that provides equal
and unbiased leasing information on all available properties instead of receiving
promotional information on a single building.
The MapQuest Map
As with many service providers, there are fees involved that correspond to the level
of service you receive. Currently, we are unable to allocate funds necessary for
the best MapQuest has to offer. In the very near future we will be upgrading to
their best mapping service. The information provided to Tenants is excellent, however
sometimes a property could be shown in near-by proximity, but not in its exact location
on our maps. If this happens please contact us at once and we will correct the problem.
Additional Advertising
Once we upgrade our mapping system, we will offer subscribers additional advertising
for their properties and other services shown in the same area as the map. Ads will
run for a duration ranging from five (5) to ten (10) seconds every five (5) minutes.
